COMPLAINT

Fill in all relevant fields in the report. Fields marked with * must always be filled in. Check all information and then click the send button at the bottom of the form to send the report to Norfrig.

You will then receive an email confirmation with a quality case number that you can refer to in all subsequent correspondence.

NOTE: For complaints regarding axles and brake systems from SAF or BPW complaints should be made directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
