We lay the foundation for our focus areas in dialogue with our customers, suppliers, employees, owners, boards and other stakeholders. INDUCORE

Our sustainability goals

Our Sustainability Philosophy is not just an ambition, but an integrated part of how we work and make decisions in our business – every day. We want and we take responsibility for our environmental impact. By preventing pollution, using renewable energy and smart energy use, and using all our resources efficiently and thoughtfully, we keep our emissions to a minimum. In this way, we also contribute to the UN's global climate goals. Our goals have been developed after we have reviewed our operations and value chains, conducted stakeholder dialogues and conducted a double materiality analysis.

How we work with sustainability

Inducore, together with sister groups AnVa and PVI, has a group-wide sustainability council. The council initiates, runs and decides together with the steering group on various initiatives and issues within sustainability and acts as a sounding board for all subsidiaries within the group. The members consist of a sustainability coordinator and representatives from all groups with different specialist knowledge in the subject.

Sustainability work is actively carried out in our subsidiaries along the lines of business, where each CEO and management is responsible for integrating and translating sustainability from business strategy into action. The work is guided partly by Group-wide guidelines and directives, and partly by the companies' own initiatives. Both training and data collection take place continuously. The results of data collection are compiled and analyzed by the sustainability coordinator and compiled semi-annually for review and form the basis for our annual sustainability report.
